§ I — The Events
Every month, the doors open.
An event is not a party. It is a private house, taken for the night, staffed, masked and curated down to the last detail. You arrive, your host greets you at the entrance, and the evening belongs entirely to you.
Registration
Registration links and the attending roster are posted to private member channels. You register, browse the attending Angels, and select your host for the night.
Arrival
Your host greets you at the entrance and escorts you to your private bedroom suite. Face masks are provided for discretion in all shared spaces.
The Evening
Remain in your private space or move through the common rooms — entirely your choice. Your host stays with you throughout your stay, and you may approach any unselected Angel present.
Registration Fee
$1,000 – $2,500 per city, depending on the house, the season and the tier. Settled discreetly in crypto before the night.
Tier 1 Cities

Fifteen events every month — roughly one every other night — across our flagship cities, from New York and Los Angeles to London and Dubai.
Tier 2 Cities

Five events every month in our secondary circuit — smaller houses, tighter rosters, the same standard of curation.

A Dragon expresses what he desires; LOVE makes it appear. No algorithms. No endless scrolling. No transactional conversations.
A Dragon never discusses money with an Angel. Every financial detail passes through his concierge, invisibly.
The Angels
Women of grace.
Every Angel is a real, everyday woman living a normal life in her city — either seeking support or aspiring to elevate her lifestyle. We maintain a strict no-professionals policy: every Angel must hold a genuine day job, an active career, or be pursuing her education.
Angels are found through modelling agencies, Instagram and university networks by our scouts, who are rewarded for every successful onboarding — ensuring a continuous flow of exceptional women.

§ III — The Concierge
Beyond the events, a private hand.
Every Dragon is assigned a dedicated concierge manager — a personal gateway to the community, available in every city we serve.

You Request
Reach out to your concierge with your preferred date, city and the company you desire. Be as specific or as open as you wish.
II
We Curate
Your concierge searches Angel profiles within a 200-mile radius and approaches them with your profile card. With more than three Angels for every Dragon, interest is close to certain.
III
You Choose
You receive 3–5 curated profile cards of Angels who have already expressed interest. Accept or decline any or all of them.
IV
We Facilitate
Contact is shared, conversation flows, and the evening is arranged. Your concierge handles every financial aspect — you never discuss money.
V
We Perfect
If nothing resonates, the process repeats until it does. Privacy is absolute at every stage.

After each date the Dragon transfers the allowance to his concierge manager, who transfers the full amount to the Angel. No commissions or cuts are taken — ever.

Two tiers. One standard.
Cities are graded Tier 1 or Tier 2 by member density, Angel density, venue quality and event frequency. Concierge service is available across the entire United States without limitation.

How to become a member.

Apply
Complete the membership application. It is deliberately elaborate — your city, your tier, your work, your history and your appetite for experience.

Review
The enrollment team reviews every application. You are either declined, or emailed with follow-up questions. You are free to ask anything in reply to that same email.
03
Payment
On approval, payment details are emailed to you from payments@leagueofvelvetelites.com. You have 24 hours to settle in crypto.
04
Access
Once payment is received, your member credentials are issued. Log in to reach your concierge, browse rosters and register for events.
